  We are a family team specializing in weddings, seniors, newborn and family in modern lifestyle portraiture. Husband and Wife for all weddings. Mother and Daughter for all other shoots.   We are journalistic style engagement and wedding photographers, telling the story from the beginning to end of the reception. Including details from the ring to the dress, to the décor at the reception. We do our best to preserve the story so it can be told to your children, and grandchildren for generations.   Where Your Story Starts Photography takes pride in our specialized boutique props. We search near and far to find unique items other local photographer's do not have. We do have some specialized clothing that your child may use for your session. We offer on-location, natural light, and in home or studio lite sessions. Lifestyle sessions are held in the home of the client. We absolutely love the art behind photography and strive to give your family something not only timeless but special and magical! Our style is candid and fun! We really put my heart and soul into my sessions! We truly try to capture the real you and we love to just let children play!   Along with our wedding journalistic style, we use the same style in our birth photography. The birth of a child is one of the most miraculous things you will ever experience. Just like a wedding, the birth happens so quickly and is filled with commotion and emotions that it will seem like a dream. We strive for the utmost sensitive photographs. We are not there to invade your privacy or to make you feel uncomfortable, but rather to document all of the moments and interactions that make up the incredible experience of giving birth. You will have total control over the pictures that are taken and we honor any and all photo requests that are made. We preserve every moment of your child's birth so that you can relive them over and over for generations to come. We will be available 7 day a week, 24 hours per day. We can also photograph the welcome home or a welcome into the family if you are adopting.   Our senior sessions are designed around your senior! We try to pull their personality out and show it in their photos. “Traditional” senior photo's are not part of our session, unless that's what the senior is asking for. We do our best to make senior photo shoots another memory of their senior year. If they are in sports or any other extra circular activities, we like to document them as well.   We work hard to help preserve memories for many generations to come. Whether it's a newborn session, Senior Portraits or a wedding, we strive to tell your story through our photographs.   While we do edit photos, we do our best to keep the original image looking as natural as possible. We do not try to make you or your family look like you were in a “glamor” session.   Where Your Story Starts Photography offers a large array of print products including Canvas, Gallery Prints along with digital files.
